From the beginning process of my home buying experience to the very end Maureen Merigold was right there by my side. From my first showing of one property to the closing of the property that i chose. I cannot say enough good things about her .. although I am sure she makes all her clients feel the same way I did, she just makes you as a client feel special. As a first time home buyer ,, she made what could have been an overwhelming experience with all the information and paperwork seem so effortless. Every text , email , telephone calls every question i had, all answered and explained.

Her job knowledge is outstanding, her attention to detail unmatched. She goes out of her way to be helpful. She was meant for this job... she is truly an asset to Century 21 northeast. I also recommend Sandy Vandette because, she went above and beyond to get me any documentation that was needed as well as informative information on the property. She immediately recommended an inspector. Professional with sellers agent as well as the seller.

Sheila Koback was extremely helpful in supplying names of inspectors and insurance agents. I think she has gone out of her way to respond to any of my questions and find answers. She continues to work with us even after the purchase has been completed. I highly recommend Sheila for her friendliness and character. I truly enjoyed working with her.

Christine Simpson provided us with a wonderful experience. Her knowledge of her trade and constant communication with us was great from the first walk-through. She had great recommendations on things to do to increase sale. She was always available to us and to prospective buyers. She was very professional in all her dealings. She went above and beyond what we would have expected. I would highly recommend her to friends, family and even strangers. Christine was such a joy to work with throughout the whole process. Christine would be my first call for future home buying and selling needs. We cannot recommend Christine Simpson enough if you are looking for a great agent! You won't be disappointed.
